 irtual "Charting My Course: Youth Advocacy Group" on March 12 from 3 to 4:
 30 p.m.  The group meets on the second Thursday of each month on Zoom.\n\
 nEnjoy meeting with peers\, learning about transition planning and buildin
 g confidence for life after high school.\n\nAll meetings are virtual and w
 ill focus on helping participants:\n\n 	Understand their transition plan\n
  	Share their voice in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings\n 	Expl
 ore future goals for school\, work and independence\n 	Use CtLC (Charting 
 the LifeCourse) tools to plan for a “good life”\n 	Connect with helpfu
 l adult services and supports\n\nThe group is free and open to all Illinoi
