 ol\n\nJoin Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center for its v
 irtual "Charting My Course: Youth Advocacy Group" on May 14 from 3 to 4:30
  p.m.  The group meets on the second Thursday of each month on Zoom.\n\nE
 njoy meeting with peers\, learning about transition planning and building 
 confidence for life after high school.\n\nAll meetings are virtual and wil
 l focus on helping participants:\n\n 	Understand their transition plan\n 	
 Share their voice in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings\n 	Explor
 e future goals for school\, work and independence\n 	Use CtLC (Charting th
 e LifeCourse) tools to plan for a “good life”\n 	Connect with helpful 
 adult services and supports\n\nThe group is free and open to all Illinois
