 irtual "Charting My Course: Youth Advocacy Group" on April 9 from 3 to 4:3
 0 p.m.  The group meets on the second Thursday of each month on Zoom.\n\n
 Enjoy meeting with peers\, learning about transition planning and building
  confidence for life after high school.\n\nAll meetings are virtual and wi
 ll focus on helping participants:\n\n 	Understand their transition plan\n 
 	Share their voice in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings\n 	Explo
 re future goals for school\, work and independence\n 	Use CtLC (Charting t
 he LifeCourse) tools to plan for a “good life”\n 	Connect with helpful
  adult services and supports\n\nThe group is free and open to all Illinois
