 or youth with disabilities and their families\n\nJoin the Kaskaskia Region
  Transition Planning Committee (Kaskaskia Region TPC) for the "Transition 
 Resources and Job Fair" on May 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Irving School i
 n Centralia.\n\nThis is a one-stop discovery zone for students and their f
 amily members to:\n\n 	Explore employment and education opportunities\n 	M
 eet with local and statewide agency representatives\n 	Learn about transit
 ion services and supports\n 	Discover recreational programs and independen
 t living and services for people with disabilities of all ages\n 	Have fun
  checking out all of the possibilities!\n\nBrowse workshops\, vendors and 
 fun activities\, including:\n\n 	A Kaskaskia College workshop\n 	Crunchy F
 riends\; Carlyle High School\n 	KC Industrial Technology trailer\n 	Marion
  County Horizon Center and more!\n\nDivision of Specialized Care for Child
 ren (DSCC) team members will be there to answer questions and explain how 
 we help youth with special healthcare needs and their families. You can al
