 \n\nHear from keynote speaker Jay Bohn about Medicaid and waiver services 
 and special guest Shahzaib “Shazz” Shakeel about Social Security and S
 upplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. Topics will include:\n\n 	Medi
 caid and waiver services\n 	PUNS registration and selection\n 	Eligibility
  and next steps\n 	Navigating disability services\n\nDisability Liaison fo
 r the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office\, Bill Bogdan\, will discuss 
 the new law allowing legal guardians of adults with disabilities to qualif
 y for meter-exempt disability parking placards when transporting individua
