DESCRIPTION:Create memories\, tour the "check-up" stations and meet local h
 ealthcare providers\, organization representatives and Union County school
  district staff at this free event for families with young children.\n\nRu
 ral Health\, Inc. (RHI)\,  Rural Health Opioid Response Team of Southern 
 Illinois (RCORP)\, and Davie Elementary/Anna Junior High School will team 
 up for the "Teddy Bear Health Clinic: Play\, Learn &amp\; Get Ready for Sc
 hool" on July 14 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Davie Elementary/Anna Junior High Sch
 ool in Anna.\n\nFamilies will enjoy fun activities\, learning together and
  meeting with local healthcare providers\, organizations and personnel fro
 m Union County school districts.\n\nYoung children ages 2 to eighth grade 
 can take a Teddy Bear through a series of “check-up” stations designed
  to help ease medical fears through hands-on activities.\n\nDuring their v
 isit\, kids will also receive:\n\n 	Free first aid\, dental and hygiene ki
 ts\n 	A school backpack with classroom supplies\n 	Hot dogs\, chips and dr
 inks\n\nThe event will also feature:\n\n 	A photo booth\n 	The story-time 
 reading corner with Stinson Memorial Library\n 	Back-to-school physicals\,
  dental\, and vaccination appointments with Rural Health\, Inc.\n 	The opp
 ortunity to meet with local healthcare providers\, school staff members\n 
 	Area organizations offering services and support\n\nThe event is free. No
  medical or insurance information is required to attend this event.\n\nThe
  first 300 children will receive a free small teddy bear.\n\nFor more info
