 op partners for "Stress Management: Weathering the Storm" on March 24 from
  6 to 8 p.m.\n\nLife moves fast. It is easy to feel overwhelmed by respons
 ibilities\, finances and a rapidly changing world. You need a plan to mana
 ge stress and stay healthy\, for yourself and your loved ones.\n\nExtensio
 n Educator Robin Ridgley will help participants identify and manage life s
 tressors and the resources to use when feeling distressed.\n\nRobin will d
 iscuss and take questions on:\n\n 	How to identify stress signs and sympto
 ms\n 	Practical management tools and techniques to reduce the effects of u
 nwanted stress\n 	Where to go for more help and resources\n 	How to make a
 n action plan for managing stress\n\nThis free workshop is open to any com
