DESCRIPTION:Take the first step toward caring for yourself at this free\, e
 vidence-based program to support family caregivers who are feeling overwhe
 lmed or in need of extra support\n\nSenior Services Associates\, AgeGuide 
 Northeastern Illinois\, Kendall County Health Department and WellMed Char
 itable Foundation will host an in-person informational session to introduc
 e the "Stress-Busting Program (SBP) for Family Caregivers" on June 9 from 
 2 to 3:30 p.m.\n\nThe SBP for Family Caregivers classes will run from June
  16 to Aug. 11 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at Yorkville Senior Service Associates 
 in the Austin Room.\n\nThe program is for Kendall County caregivers of ind
 ividuals with chronic illness and/or dementia.\n\nClass topics will includ
 e:\n\n 	Learning about stress and its effects\n 	Practicing stress managem
 ent techniques\n 	Developing problem-solving skills\n\nThis evidence-based
  program is proven to:\n\n 	Improve the quality of life of family caregive
 rs who are providing care to an older loved one\n 	Help caregivers manage 
 their stress and cope better with their lives\n\nCheck out the program and
