 sition to adulthood at this free event for DSCC youth and their families\n
 \nJoin our Mokena Regional Office for its Spring Fling "Level Up Transitio
 n" event on March 26 from 2 to 6 p.m.\n\nDo you or your child have questio
 ns about the transition to adulthood?\n\nTake your future planning to the 
 next level!\n\nYouth ages 12 to 20 and their families will unlock new skil
 ls and power up for what's next. Activities will include:\n\n 	Video games
 \n 	A nacho bar\n 	Adult crafts\n\nSpeak with vendors who will be on hand 
 to help you level up your transition plan\, including:\n\n 	Healing Hearts
  Comfort Dogs from 4 to 6 p.m.\n 	The Arc of Illinois\n 	Lincolnway Specia
 l Recreation Association\n 	STRIVE for Independence\n 	iCan Dream Center\n
  	Suburban Access\n 	Cornerstone Services' Employment Services\n 	Special 
 Recreation of Joliet &amp\; Channahon (SRJC)\n 	Mokena Community Public Li
 brary\n 	Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) Vocational Rehabilitati
 on\n 	Paratransit\n\nYou can also meet with your Division of Specialized C

 sition Toolkit. The toolkit includes checklists and materials to help yout
 h practice new skills and become more confident and independent.\n\nSee th
