 r Down Syndrome Neighbors" event on Oct. 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. in St. Charle
 s.\n\nLumunos hosts monthly Becoming Neighbors community conversations acr
 oss the nation. These meaningful\, facilitated conversations help people o
 f all ages and backgrounds discover shared values and put them into action
  to improve the local community.\n\nLumunos Fellow Hannah Dupre will lead 
 this conversation to celebrate\, learn from\, and connect with neighbors w
 ith Down syndrome.\n\nGuests will enjoy:\n\n 	A welcoming space\n 	A diver
 se panel of speakers\n 	Small group conversation\n 	Food and music\n\nHann
 ah joined the Rising Lights Project in 2022. Her years of American Sign La
 nguage (ASL) training have helped her connect to many new participants and
  build new friendships. Hannah's Lumunos fellowship is focusing on helping
  people overcome the fear of getting to know their neighbors with Down syn
