DESCRIPTION:A free flight simulation event for children and youth with disa
 bilities\n\nDo you have a child or adolescent with a disability who has ne
 ver been on an airplane?\n\nJoin Lewis University's Occupational Therapy P
 rogram for "Ready to Fly" on April 18  from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Harold E. 
 White Aviation Center in Romeoville.\n\nThe program supports individuals a
 ges 3 to 21 with a variety of diagnosed disabilities affecting communicati
 on\, sensory processing\, mobility\, cognition and associated performance 
 skills.\n\nIf you're avoiding travel or worried about flying as a family\,
  this event may help. The event is self-paced\, with guided instruction an
 d support from students and faculty.\n\nReady to Fly participants will pra
 ctice:\n\n 	Packing a suitcase\n 	Interacting with ticketing\n 	Going thro
 ugh security\n 	Boarding/exiting an airplane\n 	Picking up their luggage\n
 \nParticipants will explore every portion of the event\, which takes about
  an hour.\n\nThe event is free. Seating is limited.\n\nReserve your boardi
 ng pass as soon as possible! Seats are available on a first-come\, first-s
