 The Stage Company will present "Make Believe" and a free Child Abuse Preve
 ntion Month Resource Fair on April 26 at 2 p.m. at the Varsity Center - Ea
 st Theatre in Carbondale.\n\nThe resource fair is free and open to the pub
 lic. Attendees can learn about services and speak with representatives fro
 m a variety of local organizations\, including the University of Illinois 
 Chicago's Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC).\n\nPlease stop
  by our table to learn more about our programs and how we help families. W
 e'll be happy to answer any questions and provide helpful resources.\n\n"M
 ake Believe" by Bess Wohl explores the lasting impact of childhood trauma.
 \n\nThe story follows four children who continue playing in their attic af
 ter their parents abandon them\, and the impact it had on them 30 years la
 ter as adults.\n\nDue to the content\, the play is recommended for adults.
  High school teens may attend at their parents' or guardians' discretion.\
 n\nThe resource fair is free and open to everyone.\n\nAttendees must buy t
 ickets for the play. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students.\n\nY
 ou can also buy general admission tickets online (with additional fees) fo
