SUMMARY:Menard County Babysitting Clinic and Parents' First Aid and CPR for
  Children Refresher Class
DESCRIPTION:Free babysitting clinic for junior and high school students and
  refresher class for caregivers on first aid and CPR for children\n\nJoin 
 the Menard County Family Collaborative and Cafe Amulet for "Babysitting 10
 1" and a short refresher class for parents on first aid and CPR for childr
 en on Nov. 1.\n\nThe classes will take place at Cafe Amulet in Petersburg 
 and run from:\n\n 	8 to 9 a.m. - Junior/high school course\n 	9:15 to 10 a
 .m. - Babysitting course led by Town and Country Women's Club\n 	9 to 10 a
 .m. - First aid/CPR refresher class for parents\n\nFuture babysitters will
  develop their babysitting skills\, while caregivers will refresh their kn
 owledge of first aid and CPR for children.\n\nStudents will learn alongsid
 e their peers about the importance of safety and key skills for caring for
  children.\n\nCaregivers will learn step-by-step what to in the event of a
 n accident or injury. The short refresher course will walk participants th
 rough first aid and CPR procedures for children.\n\nOur Division of Specia
 lized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will also be there to answer y
 our questions and explain how we help children and families. Please stop b
