DESCRIPTION:Learn to cook with this hands-on\, inclusive cooking class for 
 individuals of all abilities!\n\nThe Springfield Park District Special Rec
 reation will host six inclusive cooking classes from Feb. 25 to May 6.  T
 he classes will meet from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Erin's Pavilion on:\n\n 	Fe
 b. 25\n 	March 11 and 25\n 	April 8 and 22\n 	May 6\n\nEnjoy learning to c
 ook with step-by-step guidance in a supportive\, sensory-friendly environm
 ent!\n\nEach week\, participants will prepare simple recipes with support 
 from instructors and volunteers. The classes aim to help participants:\n\n
  	Build independence\, confidence and creativity in the kitchen\n 	Enjoy t
 eamwork and collaboration\n 	Socialize and have fun\n\nThe classes are for
  individuals ages 8 and older with a wide range of abilities.\n\nThe Inclu
 sive Cooking Classes are $5 each for residents and $7.50 each for non-resi
 dents.\n\nRegister for each Inclusive Cooking Class (Activity #170205) on 
 the Springfield Park District's website.
