SUMMARY:iCan Bike Camp 2026 in East Peoria
DESCRIPTION:Children with disabilities can gain confidence and independence
  by learning to ride a bike in just one week!\n\nEasterseals Central Illin
 ois will host iCan Bike Day Camp from July 20 through 24. Riders will atte
 nd one 75-minute session each day.\n\nUsing adapted bicycles\, spotters an
 d an encouraging environment\, this program turns “I can’t” into “
 I can!”\n\nFor five consecutive days\, children and youth with disabilit
 ies ages 8 and older will learn to ride a two-wheel bicycle. Camp staff wi
 ll adjust the bikes during the week to help riders learn to balance\, gain
  important skills and discover the joy of riding.\n\nCampers must have a d
 isability and be at least 8 years old by the start of camp. Other requirem
 ents include:\n\n 	Attending all five days of camp\n 	Having a minimum ins
 eam of 20 inches\n 	Weighing less than 220 pounds\n 	Walking without assis
 tive devices and being able to side-step to both sides\n 	Willing to wear
