SUMMARY:iCan Bike Camp 2026 in East Moline
DESCRIPTION:Children with disabilities can gain confidence and independence
  by learning to ride a bike in just one week!\n\nJoin the Children's Thera
 py Center of the Quad Cities for "iCan Bike Camp" from July 13 to 17. Ride
 rs will attend one 75-minute session each day.\n\nUsing adapted bicycles\,
  spotters and an encouraging environment\, this program turns “I can’t
 ” into “I can!”\n\nFor five consecutive days\, children and youth wi
 th disabilities ages 8 and older will learn to ride a two-wheel bicycle. C
 amp staff will adjust the bikes during the week to help riders learn to ba
 lance\, gain important skills and discover the joy of riding.\n\nCampers m
 ust have a disability and be at least 8 years old to participate. Other re
 quirements include:\n\n 	Attending all five days of camp\n 	Having a minim
 um inseam of 20 inches\n 	Weighing less than 220 pounds\n 	Walking without
  assistive devices and being able to side-step to both sides\n 	Willing to
  wear a properly fitted helmet\n\nParticipants must also be accompanied by
  a parent/guardian who is willing and able to assist staff if disruptive o
 r aggressive behavior occurs.\n\nLearn more about the iCan Bike camp in Ea
