SUMMARY:Horizon Summer Camp for Teens and Adults With Physical Disabilities

DESCRIPTION:Experience a range of adapted sports and activities at this fre
 e camp for people 18 and older with physical disabilities\n\nThe Associati
 on of Horizon will host "Horizon Summer Camp"  from July 26 to Aug. 1.\n\
 nEnjoy a week of fun\, adventure and learning at Timber Pointe Outdoor Cen
 ter in Hudson\, Illinois.\n\nThe camp pairs campers with physical disabili
 ties with non-disabled volunteers to help them experience adapted sports a
 nd activities\, including:\n\n 	Swimming and horseback riding\n 	Boating a
 nd canoeing\n 	Archery\n 	Performing arts and live entertainment\n 	Educat
 ional workshops\n\nThe camp is free to all participants.\n\nAnyone 18 year
 s of age or older with a physical disability can attend the Horizon Summer
  Camp program. Applications are processed on a first-come\, first-served b
 asis.\n\nCampers must meet the Camper Criteria and return physicals\, insu
 rance cards and additional forms by June 10.\n\nRegister to attend "Horizo
 n Summer Camp."\n\nWould you like to help? Volunteers ages 16 and older ar
 e needed for the week. No previous experience is necessary. Learn more abo
