 - Prediabetes and Diabetes Lifestyle Program" on Nov. 13 from 4:30 to 5:30
  p.m. at the SIH Community Classroom in Carbondale. Classes rotate between
  Herrin and Carbondale. They take place on the second Thursday of every mo

 to improve your habits?\n\nHealthy Horizons aims to help individuals livin
