 p.m. at SIH Community Classroom in Carbondale.\n\nClasses rotate between H
 errin and Carbondale. They take place on the second Thursday of every mont
 h.\n\nAre you newly diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes\, or looking to
  improve your habits?\n\nHealthy Horizons aims to help individuals living 
 with prediabetes or diabetes make lasting changes.\n\nParticipants will ex
