DESCRIPTION:Free health fair for the Deaf\, Deafblind\, and hard-of-hearing
  communities featuring hearing screenings\, workshops and more to promote 
 a healthy you!\n\nJoin the Chicago Hearing Society (CHS) for the second an
 nual "Community Health Fair for Deaf\, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Commu
 nities" on May 31 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the CHS office in Chicago.\n\nThis f
 amily-focused event brings activities focused on physical\, mental and fin
 ancial well-being to community members who are Deaf\, Deafblind\, or hard 
 of hearing throughout Chicagoland.\n\nActivities and resources will includ
 e:\n\n 	Basic health and checkup information\n 	Wellness tools for familie
 s and individuals\n 	Representatives from a variety of agencies to answer 
 your questions\n 	Workshops and yoga on the rooftop\n 	Preventive care inf
 ormation\, hearing screenings and blood pressure checks\n 	Community resou
 rces and referrals\n\nAll activities will be fully accessible in English\,
  American Sign Language (ASL) and captions.\n\nThe fair is free for all at
