DESCRIPTION:Young children in Illinois with spina bifida and/or mobility de
 ficits are eligible to receive a free\, custom\, electric ride-on car.\n\n
 The Illinois Spina Bifida Association \, Kiwanis Club of River Forest-Oak 
 Park and NuMotion will host a GoBabyGo workshop on May 3 in Lombard.\n\nGo
 BabyGo is a program of the University of Delaware committed to all people
  exploring their world via independent mobility.\n\nEligible children will
  receive custom electric ride-on cars that empower greater mobility and in
 dependence.\n\nFitting sessions take about one to two hours. Participants 
 will leave with their car once the child's fitting is completed.\n\nThe Go
 BabyGo program is open to children living anywhere in Illinois\, ages 1 to
  3\, who have:\n\n 	Significant mobility deficits\n 	Head and trunk contro
 l\n 	Cognitive age of 12 months or greater\n 	No severe visual disorder\n 
 	Enthusiastic parent(s) with the ability to supervise a child in a car\n\n
 Cars have a wireless remote control for parental assistance.\n\nVisit the 
 Illinois Spina Bifida Association's website to learn more about the GoBaby
 Go program.\n\nFamilies interested in receiving a car must complete the re
 gistration form. After you register\, you will receive more details about 
 the event workshop.
