 L ABLE Account" on July 22 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nIf you or someone you care
  for has a disability\, join the IL ABLE team to learn:\n\n 	Who is eligib
 le to own an IL ABLE account\n 	Who can open an account\n 	How an IL ABLE 
 account can be a savings tool for individuals with a disability\n 	How ind
 ividuals receiving public benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (S
 SI) and Medicaid benefits can build assets with an IL ABLE Account\n 	How 
 IL ABLE accounts work alongside other financial tools\, such as special ne
 eds trusts and retirement accounts\n\nThe webinar is free.  People with d
