SUMMARY:Fall Family Camp for Youth With Serious Illnesses and Conditions at
  Flying Horse Farms in Ohio
DESCRIPTION:A free fall family camp experience for children and young adult
 s ages 7 to 21 with serious illnesses and conditions and their families\n\
 nFlying Horse Farms (FHF) is a free medical specialty camp. The camp provi
 des fun and transformative experiences for campers ages 7 to 21 with serio
 us illnesses and their families. FHF offers a variety of family\, overnigh
 t and sibling camps in spring\, summer and fall.\n\nFall Family Camp sessi
 ons for children and youth with a variety of diagnoses and conditions and 
 their families will run from Oct. 10 to Nov. 16.\n\nFHF will host its seco
 nd Fall Family Camp session from Oct. 24-26. Family camp check-in is on Fr
 iday from 5 to 5:45 p.m. Camp check-out is on Sunday at 11 a.m.\n\nCampers
  come from throughout the country. Their illnesses and diagnoses include:\
 n\n 	Heart and lung conditions\n 	Blood disorders\n 	Lung conditions\n 	Ga
 strointestinal disorders\n 	Craniofacial and spinal cord diagnoses\n 	Ment
 al health conditions and more\n\nThere is no cost to attend camp sessions 
 at Flying Horse Farms. The camp provides lodging and meals.\n\nSee the FHF

 can also read the FHF FAQs for more information.\n\nCreate a FHF online ac
 count to start the application process for any of the fall family camp ses
 sions. The deadline for fall family camp applications is Aug. 11.\n\nFHF c
 onsiders applications throughout the camp season. Applications received af
 ter the priority deadline may be placed on the waitlist.\n\nIf transportat
