DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation is hosting a free orthopedic clinic on Dec. 15 from 11 a.m. to
  1 p.m.\n\nThe clinic\, led by Dr. Julko Fullop\, is for children and yout
 h up to the age of 18.  It's an ideal time to have a child checked for an
 y bone and joint development concerns\, including:\n\n 	An uncorrectable d
 eformity\n 	Complaints of back\, knee\, leg\, or ankle pain\n 	A back curv
 ature\n\nYou do not need a medical referral.\n\nThere are no charges for a
 ny clinic services. You'll need to make an appointment to attend the clini
 c.\n\nYou can schedule an appointment by calling the Elks Children's Care 
 Program at (800) 272-0074\, Monday through Friday\, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\
 n\nThe Elks provide clinic locations throughout Illinois. They also offer 
 financial assistance to families with children who require additional trea
 tment or specialized equipment.
