DESCRIPTION:Free webinar series covering SNAP benefits\, estate and financi
 al planning\, and caregiver mental health\n\nJoin the Division of Speciali
 zed Care for Children (DSCC) to learn more about key programs and services
  for Illinois families and caregivers. Presenters will cover a different t
 opic and answer your questions on the second Tuesday of each month.\n\nThe
  2026 DSCC Family Education Webinar Series will kick off with "Supplementa
 l Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits" on March 10 from 6 to 7 p.
 m.\n\nPresenters will explain:\n\n 	Who can get SNAP benefits\n 	How to ap
 ply\n 	Recent changes to the program\n\nThe webinar is free and open to an
 yone who is interested in learning more.\n\nSee the session flyer for more
