DESCRIPTION:Free webinar series covering SNAP benefits\, estate and financi
 al planning\, and caregiver mental health\n\nJoin the Division of Speciali
 zed Care for Children (DSCC) to learn more about key programs and services
  for Illinois families and caregivers. Presenters will cover a different t
 opic and answer your questions on the second Tuesday of each month.\n\nThe
  2026 DSCC Family Education Webinar Series will continue in April with "Es
 tate and Financial Planning" on April 14 from 6 to 7 p.m.\n\nThis webinar 
 will focus on estate and financial planning to preserve government benefit
 s for a person with a disability.\n\nPresenters will discuss:\n\n 	Plannin
 g tools\n 	Protecting benefits\n 	Preparing for the future\n\nThe webinar 
 is free and open to anyone who is interested in learning more.\n\nSee the
