DESCRIPTION:A free day of fun and learning about the zoo animals for famili
 es of children who are deaf and hard of hearing\n\nJoin the Chicago Hearin
 g Society (CHS) for "Deaf\, DeafBlind\, and Hard of Hearing Family Day at 
 Lincoln Park Zoo" on Oct. 5 from  10 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nBring the whole f
 amily and have fun exploring the Lincoln Park Zoo Fall Fest!\n\nCHS activi
 ties at the Hurvis Learning Center will include:\n\n 	Learning about being
  a zoo veterinarian with hands-on activities\n 	Eating snacks\n 	Creating 
 crafts\n 	Storytelling in American Sign Language (ASL)\n 	Making new frien
 ds and building community\n\nASL interpreters will be at the "zoo talks" a
 ll day so that you can continue learning and having fun at the zoo after t
 he CHS event ends.\n\nHurvis Learning Center is located in the northern pa
 rt of Lincoln Park Zoo.\n\nThe event is free.\n\nRegister for "Deaf\, Deaf
 Blind\, and Hard of Hearing Family Day at Lincoln Park Zoo." Families must
  sign up in advance to attend the event.\n\nParking is available at the zo
 o’s lot located at Fullerton Parkway and Cannon Drive (2400 N. Cannon Dr
 ive). Guests will receive parking passes at the event so that you can park
  for free!\n\nThe zoo is also accessible by train via the Armitage and Ful
 lerton stations and by bus via the 22\, 36\, 151\, and 156 routes.\n\nFor
