DESCRIPTION:Free event for junior high and high school students with disabi
 lities to learn about transition to adulthood and college options\, financ
 ial aid and community resources\n\n\nJoin Oswego Community Unit School Dis
 trict 308 for "College Information Night" on Feb. 5 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.\n\
 n\nStudents with Individual Education Programs (IEPs)\, 504 Plans\, and le
 arning and intellectual disabilities and their families can:\n\n 	Ask ques
 tions\n 	Learn about supports\n 	Explore options for life after high schoo
 l together\n\nEnjoy a group presentation on:\n\n 	The college admissions p
 rocess\n 	How to access disability supports and accommodations in college\
 n 	Financial aid options\, including FAFSA\, grants\, loans and scholarshi
 ps\n\nActivities will also include:\n\n\n 	Meeting with representatives fr
 om colleges and universities and learning about available supports\n 	Meet
 ing with representatives from college experience programs for young adults
  with intellectual disabilities\n 	Hands-on help completing the Free Appli
 cation of Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with guidance from college financial
  aid representatives\n 	Learning about community resources and programs fo
 cusing on independence\, job skills and community involvement\n\n\n\nThis 
 event is open to junior high and high school students with disabilities an
 d their families from Oswego and neighboring communities\, including:\n\n\
 n 	Yorkville\n 	Aurora\n 	Naperville\n 	Plainfield\n 	North Aurora\n 	Suga
 r Grove\n 	Batavia\, Geneva\n 	Joliet\n\n\n\nSpanish and American Sign Lan
