DESCRIPTION:A free\, one-stop resource and transition fair featuring organi
 zations and information for youth and young adults with intellectual\, dev
 elopmental and mental health disabilities and their caregivers\n\nJoin Eve
 ry Step of the Way Resource Center (ESW) for its second annual Catch-22 Re
 source and Transition Fair on Aug. 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the R
 idge Park District Fieldhouse\, 1817 W. 96th St. (off 96th and Longwood Av
 enue)\, in Chicago. Workshops on transition to adulthood and other topics 
 will begin at 11:30 a.m.\n\nESW focuses on helping individuals with intell
 ectual\, developmental and mental health disabilities ages 18 and up. It o
 ffers children and their caregivers information on transitioning to adulth
 ood and connecting them with the resources they need after turning 22.\n\n
 Participants can enjoy networking and exploring a wide range of activities
 \, including:\n\n 	Meeting with representatives and learning about state a
 gencies\, community organizations and businesses serving adults with intel
 lectual\, developmental and mental health disabilities ages 18 to 59\n 	Le
 arning about community resources for transition-age youth  ages 14 to 22 
 to prepare for life after high school\n 	Workshops on transition planning 
 and other topics beginning at 11:30 a.m.\n 	The Relax and Renew Sensory Ro
 om\n 	Making memories at the photo booth\n 	Raffles and more!\n\nThe event
