DESCRIPTION:Free in-person monthly support group for anyone providing care 
 and support for a loved one\n\nJoin Culberton Memorial Hospital's Caregive
 r Support Group. The group meets on the first Thursday of each month from 
 3 to 4 p.m..\n\nThe Caregiver Support Group is open to anyone providing ca
 re for a loved one.\n\nDiscussion will cover topics such as understanding 
 symptoms\, learning how to safely care for a loved one\, self-care and cop
 ing strategies.\n\nEach meeting will offer a safe space for:\n\n 	Sharing 
 experiences\n 	Connecting with others facing similar challenges\n 	Receivi
