  13 from 6 to 8 p.m.\n\nAre you looking to restore your spirit or connect 
 with others in similar roles?\n\nThis event will provide a supportive envi
 ronment for relaxing\, recharging and filling up on the self-care you need
 .\n\nLearn how to focus on connecting your mind and body to promote relaxa

 assage Therapist (RMT) Dawn Hamilton\n 	Nurse Practitioner Marcelina Gora\
 n 	Occupational Therapy Intern at Little Friends Kailey Gasik\n\nActivitie
