 n the Parks: Design and Fly Your Own Kite!" on July 23 from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
  at Robert C. Porter Family Park in Champaign.\n\nJoin this fun-filled aft
 ernoon of creativity and outdoor play for all ages.\n\nHave a blast:\n\n 	
 Designing your kite\n 	Using markers\, ribbons and other materials to make
  your kite uniquely yours\n 	Heading out into the park to see it soar\n\nB
 ring your imagination\, enjoy the summer breeze and get ready to paint the
  sky with color!\n\nMaterials will be available while supplies last. Seati
 ng may be limited\, so feel free to bring lawn chairs.\n\nThe event is for
