SUMMARY:Advocate Children's Hospital Sibshops for Children
DESCRIPTION:Free educational and activity-based group for children ages 6 t
 o 11 who have a brother or sister with a disability or chronic condition\n
 \nAdvocate Children's Hospital will host "Sibshops" for children on Oct. 1
 0 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Chicago\n\nAdvocate Children's Hospital Sibsh
 ops offer peer support and fun\, educational activities for children who h
 ave a brother or sister with a disability or chronic condition.\n\nSibshop
 s is a program of the National Sibling Support Project. Organizations nati
 onwide run Sibshops to recognize and address the lifelong and ever-changin
 g concerns of millions of siblings of people with developmental\, health a
 nd mental health concerns.\n\nSiblings ages 6 to 11 attending the Chicago 
 event will enjoy:\n\n 	Making new friends\n 	Playing games\n 	Discussing a
 nd sharing their shared experiences\, joys and concerns\n\nThe session is 
 free. Participants will need to register and fill out the consent form to
