DESCRIPTION:Learn about transition to adulthood services and resources at t
 his free event for all school-aged students\, caregivers and families\, an
 d teachers in Monroe\, Randolph and St. Clair counties\n\nThe Perandoe Tra
 nsition Planning Committee will host the 2026 Transition Fair on March 19 
 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nThe event is open to all school-aged students\, 
 parents\, caregivers and teachers from Monroe\, Randolph\, and St. Clair c
 ounties seeking post-secondary transition resources.\n\nPresenters will pr
 ovide informational sessions from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. in two rooms:\n\n 	Ro
 om 1: Tricia Hogan\, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)\n 	Room 2:
  Bonita Forker\, St. Clair County IGD Workforce Development\n\nAttendees c
 an browse about 50 exhibitors and speak with agencies about:\n\n 	Vocation
 al resources\n 	College and post-secondary education opportunities\n 	Comm
 unity resources and support\n 	Mental health\, legal and financial assista
 nce\n 	Support for families and self-advocates\n\nBe sure to stop by the D
 ivision of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) booth to speak with our te
 am about our programs and services to help families. They will also have c
 opies of our Transition Toolkit and other materials to help you plan your 
 future!\n\nThe event is free. You do not need to register to attend.\n\nSe

 s and the list of exhibitors.\n\nFree parent/guardian transportation (for 
 Monroe and Randolph counties) is available through the Monroe Randolph Tra
 nsit District (MRTD). Please request transportation by returning the form
