 on Planning Committee (TPC) for the 2026 Transition Fair on April 8 from 5
  to 7 p.m. at Erin's Pavilion in Southwind Park in Springfield.\n\nThis ev
 ent is for students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP)\, 504 p
 lan or a documented disability.\n\nStudents and their families can explore
  and plan for a successful future:\n\n 	Learning about a wide variety of r
 esources and options after high school\n 	Speaking with exhibitors and ask
 ing questions\n 	Checking out independent and supported living options\n 	
 Talking with representatives from colleges\, vocational programs and more!
 \n\nBe sure to stop by the Division of Specialized Care for Children's boo

 ur programs and provide copies of our Transition Toolkit and other resourc
