DESCRIPTION:Students with rare diseases\, ages 17 and older\, can apply thr
 ough April 28 for the #RAREis Scholarship Fund award\n\nThe EveryLife Foun
 dation for Rare Diseases' #RAREis Scholarship Fund is accepting applicatio
 ns until April 28\, 2026.\n\nThe #RAREis Scholarship Fund helps people wit
 h rare diseases ages 17 and older with a variety of educational pursuits\,
  regardless of treatment status.\n\nUp to 58 recipients will receive a $5\
 ,000 award for the fall 2026 semester.\n\nApplicants to the #RAREis Schola
 rship Fund must be:\n\n 	U.S. residents who have been diagnosed by a physi
 cian as having any form of rare disease\, regardless of treatment status.\
 n 	Currently enrolled or planning to enroll full-time or part-time in unde
 rgraduate or graduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college\, u
 niversity or vocational-technical/trade school for the fall 2026 semester.
  There is no minimum amount of credit hours to be part-time (for example\,
  one class is considered part-time).\n 	Ages 17 or older (no upper age lim
 it).\n\nScholarship America administers the program. The sponsor determine
 s eligibility for individual programs. Scholarship America’s evaluation 
 team reviews eligible applications.\n\nAwards are for accredited courses\,
  including vocational-technical/trade school\, undergraduate\, graduate st
 udy and single classes verified under an accredited program.\n\nStudents m
 ay reapply to the program each year they meet eligibility requirements. Re
 cipients can receive the award no more than four times.\n\nYou can apply f

 l notify applicants by email in June. When applying for the scholarship\,
