Free Flu Vaccines for DuPage County Residents

The DuPage Health Coalition is partnering with the County of DuPage to provide vouchers for free flu vaccines for low income, uninsured DuPage County residents.

A free flu vaccine voucher can be requested at Access DuPage or by scanning the QR code from the program flyer using a smartphone.  The voucher can then be taken to a local Walgreens pharmacy to qualify for a free flu vaccine.  Information about this Flu Vaccine Voucher Program is also available in Spanish.
