Outreach Recognized in Decatur’s Herald-Review

After a care coordinator spoke to a family support group, a reporter picked-up the story.

Our care coordinators do outreach activities throughout Illinois communities. We call it outreach, but it’s really any activity that builds a relationship with people in the community.

These relationships ensure that people in schools, medical offices, programs, agencies, and groups are aware of Specialized Care for Children’s services.
