Planning for Students Beyond High School

Juniors/seniors and their families encouraged to attend transition expo.

The McLean County Transition Planning Committee wants to help you prepare for the future. Transition Specialist, Paul Rayburn, will help you develop a 5 year plan by thinking about the questions you need to be asking right now. There’s also an open house so you can meet with and ask questions to independent living, employment, legal and other exhibitors.

Session 1 from 8:30am – 10:30am is for Unit 5 and District 87.

Session 2 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm is for all area districts.
