Transforming the future for young adults with mental illness.

Across Illinois, 175,000 children and youth suffer from mental illness, but only 20% of them receive services. Once they leave school, 80% of them stop receiving those services. This symposium gathers high school districts, legal, legislative, mental health agencies, medical and behavioral health facilities, vocational entities, university researchers, and families in hopes of improving supports and outcomes for young adults with mental illness.

Your experiences can help contribute to a better understanding of what works and what needs to change.
